But show them a sporty looking 4 cylinder rice burner hatch back, they orgy. And why not? It's a fast, affordable, well handled, sports car. The kind of thing you could realistically own. PS. Ford are American, not Jap
XD
I always liked the 'squashed beetle' look of the original meself.
Well, actually, maybe not always, but it grew on me very quickly.

I fucking hate Audi. And I always have, way before Top Gear started bashing them (inb4).
I absolutely hate the huge front grills, like the one on the new TT. Also, the headlights are like the ones from the 350Z tbh.
Of course, it's better than the original. But then again, even a Fiat Panda is cooler looking than that blob of shite.
But seriously Audi don't do all that bad. Just prefer other cars. Sadly, european cars are a cunt to get/maintain in Aus.
Whoa... Can't believe these forums are still kicking.
Yeah...have you driven an Audi? Let me tell you, the new ones' handling is absolutely epic. They do go fast in a straight line, but they're quicker than pretty much anything around corners. The TT epitomises this: it's small and light, and the 6-clink is a dream.ghettoperson wrote:

Now as for the RS. FWD, no? oops, that's going to be good cornering... Oh, and how much is the insurance gonna be for that, due to the fact that it has a spoiler? Not so affordable after all. It's good looking, but that's all it has.
I like pie.
I was comparing it to American cars, which I assumed he was talking about, not the Audi. I'd rather have the Audi over the Ford. The ST handled pretty well, so I can only assume the RS will be similar.TSI wrote:

The Audi TT looks too much like those annoying Nissans. Not a big fan. My boss has a friggin Audi R8, now those are nice.
Why do we euros love hot hatches?
Mostly because he get a)fucked on insurance, b) fucked on fuel, c)our roads don't suit the traditional american car and d)we have a poor support network for anything that isn't european or possibly japanese.
Plus, they're fun as hell!
