They need to bring the 4-player arcade game to the Wii with some updated 2d graphics, seriously. That would be > SF4.
I never really had a favorite turtle, and when I did it was usually out of convenience. Raphael, when I wanted to look like a badass, Donatello when I was playing arcade or NES (that staff was cheater), and Michaelangelo because 'chucks were awesome.
