chuy has been working on something that is similar to BF2S' forums (looks, functionality, etc) for a while now. He only really has time to work on it at the weekends though.
And seeing as his job involves much the same thing (web design), finding motivation to then spend his free time doing what is effectively what he does for a living is probably quite hard.

Trackr isn't going to emerge as the new forums because not enough people like it as much as BF2s.
