Ok, since every few weeks or so a thread comes up in EE asking for votes for a contest. Since you could only vote once per IP address, unless you log into different wireless networks or proxy servers you get one vote.
Now would it be possible to make a program that could log into all the open proxy servers that it's given through a list and have it vote once on every different proxy IP?
Any programs like that exist or is it not even possible?
