That was just on Horizon a week ago, they were saying that your body clock changes through your life. from your teens to about 21 it is set to keep you up later and as as result wake up later, then after about 21 it goes back a few hours. In the end when your 60 or so it changes again and as a result you go to bed early and wake up early.

Link to it, its pretty interesting. It revealed loads of things like how your much more likely to die from a heart attack at about 8 AM and that the body is at its physical excercise peak at about 4pm.

No, you still are, but now you have an excuse.

Seriously though, it's not a bad idea. With kid's catching buses later in the morning and getting back from school later there will be less time spent at home alone and awake. That means less time spent causing trouble and such. And less beating off for the hardcore Catholic 'oh noes it's a sin.'
