i have problems with download EF. every time i get this f.... error (see above)

it means that you cannot connect to the EA server because
1. you are on a network that blocks access to certain ports
2. your router settings block certain ports


your solution in case 2 is to do some settings adjustment
your solution in case 1 is unless you have access to the server is find another internet connection

on the ea website (support) are several actions to get a solution but nothing works!

i get all ports free but nothing happens...

help...

i have the solution. my provider (bluewin) doesen't support the ea downloader. ea will send me a disc instead of the download.
