It looks like the company is completely unable to take you seriously, so they desperately try to cover up their shit by having some Mexican that can't use caps and doesn't understand half the words he's saying to apologize on behalf of the company and then purposely tell you that the product you bought is a piece of shit and that you should upgrade to their OMG Mc1337 series.
