Sorry for the shit title, I'm hoping one of you knows what I'm talking about


I know I could find it on Vista, and I'm on my moms laptop at the moment (its running XP) and every single time I plug my camera in, 4 different applications go and fucking launch and try to upload them on to the computer/internet or they read the card, basically when I plug my camera in I have to wait 5 minutes for it[the computer] to catch the hell up with the programs so I can CTRL+ALT+DEL these shit programs



And I'm looking for the menu that will allow me to cancel this

Examples on what it looks like





When I Insert a DVD movie play it with Windows Media Player[i]
When I [i]Insert a portable flash drive[i] [i]Do nothing.


And the actions are in drop down menus

Go to My Computer, right-click on any removable drive (DVD drive, USB thumbdrive, camera card, etc.) and choose Properties. Go to the Autoplay tab and tell stupid Windows what to do with each content type.


pr0tip: turn off autoplay.

I just googled around, and I'm not seeing anything for XP... Is this only an option in Vista?
