I wonder about that because, while it's not the most illustrious of metal's, I've had it pop up with the music about 4 or 5 times, but it still only shows me having recieved it once. is that a possible bug that doesn't allow it to update and show how many times you've actually recieved it or perhaps you only get it once, and the bug lets it pop up again and again in error...

i seen a guy yesterday said he just got his 4th...its like the Good Conduct Medal...you can receive that one multiple times as well
I've already got the PH and had the message appear during the game that I earned it again, but I still only show as having it one time. I suspect that this may be a small bug. While the requirement is a 1:4 K/D ratio IAR with a minimum of 5 kills and 20 deaths, it awards it at any point this is reached, but actually records the final K/D ratio to determine whether you actually receive the award or not.
