You might qualify for that. There is an issue with that card, but not all faults with it are covered. There is an app on a USB disk that has to be run on the machine first which will return a code. You enter that code when ordering the replacement logic board. If it doesn't return a code, it's not covered.

Apple sometimes will fix stuff for free out of warranty, but more often than not they don't.
