Ok, here is the deal, I play for 5 minutes, then the server kicks me with the following message, and yes its every server I join.
Reinstall PB if problem persists
or try a manual update
Boy tough one here perhpas you could tr reinstalling PB, just a thought.

manual update worked for me, just run pbsetup.exe

Is your firewall blocking punkbuster in any way. Check its logs just in case. You could try updating Punkbuster manually from here. http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php . Just follow the on screen instructions.
