Adblock, NoScript + Tor. No need for that other stuff unless you don't know how to delete your cookies

I like the automation. Your method is also dependent upon you manually deleting before sally starts inadvertently typing out WombRaider.com. I think flash cookies are also stored differently than your normal ones. Not sure if they delete when you do it the simple way. hideBad allows you to restore cookies later.. could come in handy if you share your machine. Not that max shares his machine..lol.

"Gish It" looked cool for quickly getting disposable emails. I haven't tried it yet though.

The others minus Adblock, NoScript are just meh.

to get rid of the flash cookies

I hardly ever share my machine and even then I usually don't care if they take a look at my history. For all others I make them use my virgin opera install

I need teh flash.. unfortunately I needs scripts for some sites I use at work too . In fact my biggest work use requires me to use IE. Of course you can run IE within firefox, but might as well just run it solo..
