I wanna make a single player mod (not a GODFRACK hack ) just to mess around with the bots. The question is, where do you edit the weapon statistics, like reload times and range?

I took a look at that, it didn't help much. It gives the basics of making maps, and thats about it.

To change the range of the knife just edit the kni_knife.tweak file with one of the following:
ObjectTemplate.velocity 20
ObjectTemplate.velocity 30
ObjectTemplate.velocity 40
ObjectTemplate.velocity 50
ObjectTemplate.velocity 75
ObjectTemplate.velocity 100
ObjectTemplate.velocity and so on....
or for really long range try having some fun with one of the following:
ObjectTemplate.velocity 500
ObjectTemplate.velocity 750
ObjectTemplate.velocity 1000
NOTE: Decrease or Increase the number until you get the range you want.
