I did a few searches and couldn't find this topic addressed. Sorry if I missed it.
Anyway, I was just looking at the numbers for the scores you need for the different ranks. (I've done this plenty of times, but I'm talking about making formulas in excel, and producing graphs and stuff.)
My question is, what kind of crack were they smoking when they came up with the requirements for each rank??? There is no rhyme or reason whatsoever. It's simply chaotic and random. If I remembered my stats, I think I could show there is no correlation in this system. I just don't get it.
