People accuse me of listening to metal. Once I actually mistakenly believed I was listening to metal. Same mine-field as techno/electronic though... Who knows what's called what. Everybody keeps on coming up with a variation on the broader genre and naming it something new.

Another of my rules is that if a band takes it's name from a place-name in a fantasy novel or names itself after something in greek or norse mythology or something similar then BAM it goes in the crap bin.
Like any rule there are exceptions, don't go wasting your time trying to find them.
