Yay I beat the Time Trial by completing the Nurburgring in 7:06
With the car they put in for the time trail (I'll check later) it's reasonably easy to get in under 7 mins.
Whoa... Can't believe these forums are still kicking.

^ I'll give that a go later..
I got the achievement for All Gold All Race Types last week. In career. AndI've completed arcade too actually. And I have all cars from Europe.
Now I need to get enough money to change my region to US or Japan to get the rest of the cars.

I'm trying to get All Gold in the Arcade Races now D:
Second attempt, 7:03 ... TCS / ABS and gear ratio change (which made no difference, so stock setup)
yay, me loves Forza - haven't played in ages though (vacation ftl, ehh? ).
What difficulty do you guys play at?
I have everything on "Simulation" (damage etc) and "Off" (TCS etc) except for ABS which is on, and AI dificulty is at the third level I think (not sure).
Of course, I pretty much only use Porsches <3

Simulation, ABS, TCS (only on certain cars that I know have it)
I don't like having the car on manual. Yes I know automatic is for noobs, but I find I have enough to worry about when i'm racing without adding something extra on top of it all.
That was pretty much my exact same time just now (excluding .9 of penalties) - I can take an extra 10 seconds off at least though ... kept braking at stupid places, damn over cautiousness!i g wrote:

I know it's an 8 month old post and all but seriously, unless you have one of those xbox steering wheel things it's not worth using 'manual' for Forza.Spidery_Yoda wrote:

Just a computer game.

I race automatic with everything else off, it's just too annoying using the controller for gears. Need a wheel, but they're too expensive for what they are.Flecco wrote:

GTR Evo >>> All
It's all about manual, no TC and minimal ABS.

Yep. Where GT5 wins on graphics, Forza wins on physics. Both about equal.
