Need help finding PayPal code

I added my card and been waiting for the code to arrive. This 4 digit code is required to confirm my credit card. I have sent an email to PayPal support and they say its already been sent:

In reviewing your account, I see you have linked your card to your account
and the PayPal code was sent on March the 19th of 2009.

If you have online access to your card statement, it takes a few working
days for the charge to appear, depending on your issuing bank. If you do
not have online access to your credit card statement, wait to receive your
printed statement in the mail.

Your four-digit PayPal code is printed next to the word 'PayPal', in the
item description section of your credit card statement...

I simply can't find the code anywhere.

Does anybody else have PayPal so you can guide me through?

on your bank statement it will have a small charge that says "PAYPAL - ****"

The 4 stars are the code your looking for.

If you haven't received the letter, assume it's been stolen and contact your credit card company and tell them to freeze it.

Contact paypal and ask for the code to be changed immediately.

If someone has gone through your mail and found that they could try identity theft, etc.

/ go to your bank and ask the teller if there has been something on your account from paypal, usually 2-5 cents or something, and they will say yeh and say what are the 4 numbers and theyll tell you

Yeah, for debit accounts, they deposit 2 penny balances to your account, then get you to tell them how much they gave you. Never done credit cards though.
