Common Sense 2009.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Seriously, I haven't had a single virus since I installed it! It also made my computer sooo much faster!phishman420 wrote:

AV doesn't slow down your computer, unless you're running fucking Norton or something.Freezer7Pro wrote:

AVG is decent enough.
F-Secure is worse than the viruses... the enemy of performance number 1. Schools etc. always fuck up their PCs with that...

Just bumping this because I'm trying out Kaspersky now on the 30 day trial. It seems to be very efficient so far. Running it with Spybot S&D.
Looks like it's worth the money too. I know it's $80, but I've never really had an anti-virus software before, and now that I actually have an income I can afford it.

Used Kaspersky for the past few years.
Can't fault it tbh.
AVG is overrated. Its only so well known because it's free.

$80 better spent on a new game/hardware.Poseidon wrote:
