Wang - verdict is still out. He tends to start strong...
Cliff Lee - some of his success could be related to batters not familiar with his stuff. Verdict still out
Lackey - starts the season on the DL but is one of the more dominant pitchers in the league. He gets little run support (because he is on the Halos)
Lincecum - a lot of his success could be batters unfamiliar with his stuff (and his delivery). Verdict still out
Webb - bonified good pitcher
