Afghanistan is the crucible of The New World Order. If Iranians, Russians and Western powers can all cooperate on stabilization of the area, a new era is heralded.

If large numbers of American casualties start to be news and stand up fights become the norm, we have a new Cold War era.

Seriously though, I really don't get you guys some time, you harp on about patriotism and love for your country and respect for your fellow citizens and the armed services who "protect your freedoms" and yet you will also flippantly joke about the death of someone who stands for many of these values.

I'll exclude the likes of usmarine from this though, he may joke about the wider issue but I rarely, if ever, see him making light of a soldier's death, same went for Gunslinger when he was here and other ex-servicemen who post on here... perhaps it's only the armchair generals who talk the talk but have never walked the walk that find it easier to cheapen the death of soldier with jokes and lighthearted comments.

Please expand on this. I am all eyes to see what wisdoms you can bestow on me. Military/No Military, I don't give a shit what you think my background is, the fact is YOU don't know shit about service, combat, military, or honor. Please discuss your background and where you learned the meaning of such things and gained your knowledge. Please discuss your beliefs when it comes to HOW ex-military needs to act in your eyes to be worthy of your liberal US military hating respect.
