Okay, what I hate most about this "gay" game are those people who talk about nothing on Voip and those who type profanities TO ME, (note: Not, "Fuck I died" but "Fuck you you ass-spelunker for shooting me and showing that you are far superior than I could ever hope to be"  - minus that last part.) on chat whenever I kill them.

I also hate those people who badmouth EA/Dice for including so many glitches or exploits, although their words are often muffled because they are mostly on the inside of a Hotel building when they comment on this.
Those people who say that "Aw the PKM/AA is too powerful/accurate and I keep getting shot," without realising that either they wern't the great pilot they thought they were, or that there are a simple way to counter enemys shooting at them, (much like the guy who said in Black Hawk Down "They're shooting at us Sergeant" and having to be told by the Sergeant "Well shoot back!") is to kill them before they kill you. It happens to be the object of the game so you'd better try getting used to it.

I don't like those people who stat-pad and then talk like they're better than everyone else. I don't like the people who teamkill to take jets, (Hell I don't even like the people who get into the gunner's seat before me.) I don't like the people who teamkill because they're bored and I especially hate that arse-clown noobmurderer, (or 'noobmurderer is back' or 'UpstandingMemberOfBF2S' - all the same person,) who teamkills and revives because he is bored and has no life.

I hate people who want to up the power of the M95 because they can't be arsed to learn how to shoot, I hate the people who want to make Artillery kills not count as kills, (if you die you're dead guys, just thought I'd point that out,) I hate those people who reckon that the only way the game works is if they do not die ever, and blame everyone but themselves when they do die. I hate those people who write hacks, or join groups of people who use hacks because they know it's more fun when they kill and don't die, (we all know that fuckers, the point is is to have people challenging you. If you want something like that play one of those stupid fucking shooting gallery games.)

I hate people who think they're better players than me because they outrank me in game, I hate people who think that they're better PEOPLE than me because they outrank me in game.

I really hate dumbarses who play the game yet insist that they hate it, comparing it to someone who enjoys same-sex relationships. I don't really understand the similarity, but I'm sure you had your reasons.
I hate people who complain like a motherfucker about something, yet continue to obviously 'tourture' themselves with it when it's simple enough to throw away something you don't like, (except crazed ex-girlfriends, but that's a problem I have to deal with myself.)

So yeah, I have a lot of pet hates based around this game, unfortunatly none of what you outlined in your thorough list.

But what I really hate is people who type like they're fucking retards. People who go out of there way to spell words incorrectly. People who instead of spending less than a second typing a "YO" infront of a "U" invent words like "Wuts" and type "ppl", (is that meant to be "people"? it's hard to tell because there's very little context to base it on.) How long would it have taken you to type a fucking 'ha' instead of a 'u'? I hate people who refuse to try typing like a normal human being. Is it that writing incorrectly is cool? Cute? The flavour of the month? Someone please tell me, I feel like I'm missing something!

So if you're prepared to write like a fucking retard, be prepared to make me write a long column that will most probably get me banned for three days.
