Bennett already had convictions for indecent assaults on an 11-year-old and another aged 16 in separate attacks in 1990 and 1991. He also tried to snatch a young boy in 2003 but was spotted by a police officer who knew he was a sex offender.

Even though by foreign standards i'd be a raging socialist, i 100% agree. this man has proven he hasn't the morals to live in a developed society, he should suffer some proper consequences.
