I agree. People in the U.S. don't even think about this kind of stuff when they don't wear a seat belt. It would make them want to wear their seat belt.

Show people what really fucking happens when you don't wear a seat belt and they'll wear them.
The whole series of Think! adverts are pretty amazing, they work too and are genuinely disturbing at times.
