Jet ramming, even if strapped with C4, doesn't usually count as C4 kills, in my experience. Both sides get one of the "is no more" deaths.

And there is a better way do do it. You can strap two C4 packs on a jet, aim it at a commander asset, then jump out a few seconds from your target. Parachute, blow up another asset, call for supplies, and keep suppressing the enemy base.

But this way is the cheap way of doing it. Yes, the ramming took place in singleplayer, just because I really don't need more kicks going on my record. Everyone would be ticked at me and try to kick me if I ever do that. Which is why I stick to jeeps .

Effective? How about using actual bombs?
Jeep Jihads makes sense because jeeps are far more easy to come by than tanks etc. But using a bomber, fighter..? :\

Humm I personaly dont know which parts is effective here, as usualy not only you have 2 waite for jet to spawn but you have 2 waite for the Noobs that waiting for that same plain and Just ramin it like that Aeent exacly gona do much.
