Well, from working there, i know they make sure the franchizes are spotless. He would come in, check the temps of everything, watch staff, spend a good 1-2 hours looking around and watching. This was the Subway inspector, not the state health inspector.Kimmmmmmmmmmmm wrote:

I have nothing but awesome things to say, now i know its really up to the store owner and how well he enforces cleanliness, but because of that, i will always feel good about eating at the one i previously worked at.
