"Saturday's attack in the former mining community of Edlington, near Doncaster, began when the two boys - who were riding their bikes - were set upon and ordered to hand over their mobile phones, money and trainers.

When they refused, both boys were slashed 'from head to toe' with a knife, burned with cigarettes and beaten with bricks, according to witnesses who saw their injuries.

The kids do these things today because they are well aware they can only be punished within the confines of the laws that are there to protect them.

All actions should be matched with an appropriate punishment, this in modern day England and similar countries, is not the case. There's no consequences now for these little fuckers, it's a free and happy ride all the way.

Discipline should start at the home and quite often in these cases of kids doing wrong it dosen't. In some cases they even get encouraged.
