I can play Bf2 perfectly normal. When i first had it, it suggested i have my video details at high, but my previous computer was very weak, so i got a bit paranoid and made it normal. So that means i should be able to play with no lag, which is true, but when ever i go inside the TV Station in Sharqi, it lags. It just keeps lagging and it's like im in one spot, the next im 1 metre forwards. Is it just me experiencing this?

I play mostly Sharqi but it never happened to me. Change the server.
not i...no lag on them... french servers always have lag for me. dunno why
I have in the past. But I blamed it on my half-ass machine. I run lowest video settings on highest resolution and havent had lag since I lowered geometries.
not only sharqi penisulla sometimes karkand, and masturr its a fucked up lag were for example im about to get into a vodnik im running to it then all of the sudden i move forward really fast then before i can relaize were i am im back to where I was running for it then it usually happens when im the vehicule same type fo thing. ANd in karkand when i first start playing i think everyone gets this but people are floating no walking with thier feet but like hovering around and some pretty awful lag.

It happens to every single server i go to, jelecak.
I've had this happen too. I think the games just confused on how to light it on medium settings. Almost like they screwed up the level of detail for medium settings on the tv station.
Ok, so should i try low/high settings if thats the case? I'll try high (since by default, it recommended me high) and will have an answer.
I'd definetly turn off a lot of graphics options like Dynamic shadows and lights. Also, lowering texture quality can give you a huge speed boost.The1_Knightmare wrote:
