Breakfast
- 2 slices of brown toast (marmalade and butter)
- Tea
- Tropicana
- Americano from SBUX a bit later

Lunch
- Packet of crisps
- Fanta Lemon

Tea (+Dessert)
- Chinese (honey chili chicken, fried rice and chips)
- Some chocolate

..went downhill at lunch. Went in to buy a sandwich but there was nothing nice and was hungry so crisps were a necessity.

Easy shit to make, tastes so good
Cut romaine, wash it, throw some good croutons some Parmesan,  black pepper, and some creamy caeser dressing (kens is good, but I've found better). Add bacon, turkey, chicken, steak, whatever meat.. I like chicken with some bacon in there. so good.

Body can only take on 30grams protein at any one time.  Constant intake of protein is usually better although i prob need to increase intake of protein while snaking, nuts and shit. 

Some people reckon you piss out excess protein other believe body retains it, never found a consistent answer to it i am afraid.

aww dude i could do never do that to myself. Natural (white) meat for protein if i wanna bulk up. Multiple shakes and eggs are just off limits for me. You're not taking any of that creatine stuff are you?

edit: protein doesnt usually end up in urine afaik. Most of it is too big to even fit trhough the filters in the kidneys.

yeah, i used to buts its definitely slowed down as i have got older.  You can kick start it though namely by eating/drinking green tea, chili's and turmeric...spicy shit definitely works.
