Ok, so at the beginning of a match in Wake, everyone rushes to the attack copter. So I grab a vehicle, and as I was heading to it, backwards (I couldn't see behind myself, but I was honking the horn), I accidentally teamkill a person. I say sorry, but he still punishes. So I shrug it off, and head to south village to gun down some boats and helocopters. I got one or two, I head back to the airfield to see if the copter was there, but it left as I entered the field. I saw the transport copter leaving so I drive to it, they take off ignoring my pleas, and as I got out of my vehicle, I accidentally click the mouse shooting it. Then, the noobish helo driver crashes into the building right next to the flag, making me get all those teamkills, five to be exact, and they all punish me because of that F*cking helo driver. It pissed me off so much. Noobs shouldn't be allowed to drive the helos without being a lance corporal or higher, something like that... The server was in my favorites...
well i would have punished you for the firs team kill too,
plus you accidently shot the transport heli? please dont undermine us like that, dotn worry i always put a few rounds into vehicle too if someone doesnt give me a lift.

No, seriously, I accidentally shot it. And anyway, the driver shouldn't be practicing on ranked servers, just yet.

I can control it, it's just that I accidentally click my mouse while getting out of the vehicle. Also, I don't think that you would like to be punished 5 times for the driver being a noob at flying and crashing into the building...arson wrote:

Well, the reason you would have gotten banned would be the auto-admin, that auto kicks, saves us from those who really tk purposely... It's hard to distigunish those so those bans are only for the round man...

It's kinda stupid how one bullet will make you get a kill/tk if they crash.
The other day me and my friend were playing, and he decided to shoot the enemy attack heli with a clip of Scar-L, and then it crashed into a smoke stack and he got two kills lol.

related incident happened to me we were in a full BH on mashtuur and the pilot starts to loose control so i bail but it was too late right as i bail the BH hits a tree and explodes killing me as was too close and somehow i got blamed for all the kills and i didnt even fire at it i just bumped in to it as i jumped

I am an admin and a Major in the @Clan.
Unless it is deemed an intentional TK. Under this condition, an admin will make it permanent.
Even our own clan members have fallen prey to TK bans.
Chit happens. Deal with it.
We too have had discussions surrounding TK punishing. We find them most annoying. It's not easy to distinguish between intentional and accidental TKs some times. Some people are just too trigger happen whan it comes to TK punishing.
We could label you as a nOOb for accidentally firing upon the chopper.

well maybe not lance corporal, but i think there should be some kinda aircraft proficiency badge that they have to earn to carry passengers or anything like that...............we get way to many n00bs that dont know how to fly, they just need to go to like singleplayer and do some practicing before they get out into a real game and fuck with someones game status...........Jello.01 wrote:

And to your intial complaint I've had that happen multiple times where it's not my fault but I still get the tk's. Once I even took out a stolen friendly transport with 5 people in it with the tv missle. Unlike you though, they forgave me.
