You can have full image size, however he doesn't, the previews are usually sized by the user so that the common person with a common monitor can view it whereas its not a thumbnail but you can still see the detail of the image without having to move a scroll barAussieReaper wrote:

If he makes it available for download you can view it in the original full resolution (original = the resolution they uploaded)
