As for getting locked out, there's been a few times last year while living with mates. Blind drunk and nobody left a door unlocked when I stumbled home. Sleeping on concrete in the garage/in the laundry isn't great the next morning. Especially if you end up with a hangover.


Worst case was when I was sleeping out there and I'd thrown up near by. Shitty smell to wake up to tbh.

I generally get under the covered patio, flick some music and the heat lamps on and crash out on the table.

Nah they didn't have a patio at the time. Mining town and the company who owned the house hadn't put one in quite yet. I used to work on the crew that put the concrete in and erected the actual covering.


No need for heatlamps there unfortunately. Used to wake up covered in bites.
