Well, some how this program called "privacy center" managed to get on my computer, it messed it up, and i was unable to log on without getting this weird Russian accented bitch say like, "unauthorized system failure or something." I did some research, not much, but i found out that it is some sort of anti virus program, and when it is installed, which is can do by itself apparently, it will delete all of your start up tasks, and prevent them from starting when you log on. It will also pretend to do a fake scan of your computer, and say things like "detected, porn cache, virus, Trojan etc..." About half way threw the scan it will say, inadequate system memory, and about a hundred little windows error boxes pop up and gets very annoying. Now, for anyone else who may ever get this problem, i found a way to fix it. I have 2 hard drives on my computer, so i booted from my other hard drive, which also has windows xp installed on it, and i found the "privacy center" file in my program files folder. Deleted it, everything works fine now.
However little note, Before i decided to delete the file the manual way, i tried scanning my other hard drive, from my "clean" hard drive, with my up to date, Kaspersky anti virus program. IT DID NOT FIND DETECT IT AS A VIRUS OR MALICIOUS SOFTWARE OF ANY KIND!!! So, i believe that the only way to get rid of it is delete it manually.
Just thought i would make this to help anyone out if they encountered what i did. Hope i was of use.
