Playing around on the BF2s.com server the other day. Got my first hat trick! (TV missle vs. F35B). Thanks again to Trigger for being a great pilot. I'd never even taken out a plane with the TV missle before, let alone 3 consecutive kills.

I have gotten 49 kills in a row....Well that's if you mean the Killstreak thingy....Otherwise I have gotten 3 kills with a grenade but I belive I have gotten more with the tank in one shot dunno but I think I have.

No, my kill streak is 33? (I think) The Hat trick reference was to about me downing three F35B airplanes back-to-back-to-back with the tv missle. The pilot kept coming in low to strafe and missle us near the wake island (USMC Arty island) Each time, Trigger would turn and face em. Once they lined up, I took em out. I really want to chase down a plane with a TV missle sometime. Someday....

I did it once before 1.2 though, so it's not IMpossible

Prodie - I only missed by 2 - 3 plane lengths yesterday, and I was gaining on the plane. I believe the turning radius of the missle isn't quite as tight as the planes. But provided I caught a plane on a bombing run or a flyby, I think I'd have a decent chance of a catch-n-kill with the TV missle. Range might come into question, (all brought to you by patch 1.2) but if you get the drop on the shot and have 300 m to play with, I think I could chase down a plane.

even with the new patch
ya i hate the 430 ft. thing
its reallyy lamee
and its hard to find a good pilot now a days
cause its hard to not get shot down

but i am pretty damn good with TV missles
so any good pilots hit me upp

Yeah, much easier to use without lag. My gay computer lags like crazy sometimes when I use the missle, so badly that it freezes from when it takes off and then I totally miss. Without lag I'm sure I'd do much better (though I'm not too shabby anyway).

Congrats on the plane kills.

One time whilest flying with my friend (he was gunner) in Kubra Dam, he had a bunch of perfect oppurtunities to shoot down a jet, but of course he missed like 7 wonderful shots. We were hovering about 200meters over the Intake in a AH-1Z, and a MiG kept strafing under us.. he always missed with his guns/missles but he kept flying by, so my friend kept taking shots with the TV missle and going right over him. Then he flew off and I turned around and the missle got about three feet from his rear and ran out of room .

By the way, you can go just about 430meters with the TV missle, not 300.
