vCore is set at 1.3225 in order to be able to get through the Intel Burn Test. Lower values resulted in a windows boot, but ultimately I got a BSOD.

My basic steps, were setting FSB/DRM 1:1 and changing the FSB to 400. Then I booted up the pc and upped the vCore until I got a stable boot.

Intel Burn Test made the temp of the Cores go up the most (66 degrees), Orthos didn't even got to 60 degrees while running for 5 min.

Comparing the vCore and temperature to other people online, I think they are a bit high. Especially considering I've got 3 120mm fan running in my pc + Infinity Mugen CPU Cooler running at it's max.

Is there anything alarming about the thing I've shown here?

Looks pretty fine to me.

Interesting... I'm running my E8400 at 4.05Ghz on 1.28 vcore (Completely stable)... must be a good chip

Also those saying going up in 10Mhz is stupid and pointless... it was my very first time overclocking so it seemed sensible... didn't want to damage a brand new cpu.
