My vision is not so great (like 20/400 I use a -4.75 prescription) and I'm skeptical about doing eye exercises because I don't think it will help my eye's get any better and I don't want to waste my time trying to do them if they don't help at all. Do any of you guys do them? If you do, do they actually work?

Well I was searching around on Google and people have said that they're eyes have gotten better using eye exercises such as something like this:

get contacts I have worn glasses since I was 8(I'm 16 now)and I got contacts last year
They're much,much better,they don't get dirty,you don't feel them at all when wearing them and they're great for sports because you don't get your glasses knocked the fuck off when playing sports
ir if you have money you can always to laser eye surgery,it's 5min for each eye,you don't feel a thing and after that you have a 20/20 vision
