Do they not even give a ballpark figure? I mean, I wouldn't have the faintest clue what to pay? What's a second hand minesweeper worth? 1million? 10million? 10 grand?

I'm sure that thing must've been outfitted with some sort of armament, you look at the minesweepers around the world and most of them are armed with something. You don't need 12X 20" guns to be classified as a warship
