I'm pretty sure my computer is really fucked, but I don't want to reinstall windows until I'm sure I have to.  I didn't download anything recently so I don't know how I even got infected, but it started all at once yesterday and whatever it is has been fucking shit up ever since.  I've been scanning and trying to remove this stuff with ESET (which I guess is the new version of NOD32) and Ad-Aware, but it doesn't seem to clear it up.  Here are a few of the symptoms my computer has-

I usually have less that 30 tasks going but now I have almost double that.  And why there are like 10 "svchost.exe"s running, I have no idea.

This is the list of stuff that ESET found on my PC and supposedly removed - https://i43.tinypic.com/ffc0eo.jpg

So I tried shutting down some of the numerous .exe's running and then I got a message from something like "NT/ AUTHORITY" saying something had been closed and that I had 60 seconds before my computer shut down, which it did.

If anyone has any ideas of how to fix this and get rid of all this shit, I'd really appreciate it.

Just reformat. You should do that at least yearly anyhow.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

I have had good results with the free Malwarebytes scanner: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-A … tag=button

You can also try running the F-Secure anti-rootkit tool. It's never found anything on my machine, but no harm in running it.
