Help finding an old game

It's like pocket tanks but older. You have a missile base and you have to destroy a few targets on a 2D landscape. You get so many shots and you have to adjust your angle and power according to the wind and elevation of your target.

Anyone remember this game and the name?

Thanks guys. for some reason I was remembering it as a Missile base instead of a tank that's why I couldn't find it on google.

Correct. Best version of all 2D Worms games.
It's even still being patched by two fans who officially got the source code.

BTW, a new 2D Worms game for PC will be released on Steam later this year.
