I can only comment on UK sports really and the main one that interests me; 'Football'.

My team Cardiff City play on Sunday in our biggest game of the season.  If we win we are in the play off's, same for a draw, if we slip up (we have done recently) then we let either Preston or Burnley in instead of us.  We are away to Sheff Weds on Sunday, all Coca Cola Championship games kick off at 1.15pm on Sunday.  Reading v Birmingham is the chosen televised game, that's another game with a lot riding on it.  From scoring 7 in two games we have now let in 11 in three games, what a time to loose ya form eh?  They don't arf put us fans through it.  We waved good by to our old ground last weekend, but would love just one more game there, a play off semi final home leg tie.

We could be just 3 games away from Wembley again, we were there twice last season if you remember for the Fa Cup semi and Final itself.  I told myself when we lost the final 'I'll accept this if it means getting back next year and winning the play off final' - Possibly the richest match in football.

There are some big premiership games aswell, there boxing and snooker on, the cricket season has started (im not playing this year due to Daddy commitments.  Probably a grand prix and no doubt some golf going on.  I think there is a semi-final Heineiken Cup egg chasing on aswell.

So who or what have you got ya eye on?  Any predictions?  Anybody going to anything to watch live?  Im not going to Sheffield but upto 5,000 other Cardiff Fans are, Yorkshire police and putting into place a huge operation.

Sunderland have a big match, 3 points against Everton and I'm pretty sure we'll be safe.  It's a big ask though, and that little fucker Cahill always comes back to haunt us.
Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known.

Preston - Sounds like a form of Tampon so yeah they can be classed as girls, they also known as 'The Lillywhites'.  But they recently done us 6-0 so I cant comment.  As for Burnley, bit of a hard bunch and that includes fans and players wives.

I reckon you'll be safe, cant see you doing it vs Everton but maybe in the next game, I reckon Boro and Newcastle are going down with the Baggies.

Looking at Hull's run in I reckon they will get sucked into it.  So for me it's a question of who will escape out of the Smoggies and the Scum?

Moto GP from Jerez this weekend, as well as Hatton v Pacquiao.  A tasty weekend of sporting action indeed.

And heres me thinking I was the only one interested in MotoGP on these here forums.

United have a (fingers crossed) easy game this weekend however I fear Fergie will rest too many key players (like he did vs Everton at wembley) to save them for Tuesdays big, big match. Early kick off so going down the pub with mates to watch it, crawl of Lancasters finest taverns then town after. Should be a good birthday.

Nope afraid not.  All we need is 1point from our last fixture which will guarantee us a play off spot.  3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th will play in a semi final.  I think it works out that 3rd v 6th, and 4th v 5th.  Home and Away legs.   The two winners meet at Wembley, whoever wins that 1 off match goes up to the premiership as play off winner along with the teams that finished 1st and 2nd of the regular season.  Coca cola 1 and 2 also use this method.

Do you guys watch much ESL?

We're finally getting some games on free to air over here. It's funny seeing some of our old players again.

Ahh I know that party game, when the music stops bend over and pass the egg between ya legs but no more than 5 times or you loose the egg, the game with the cheerleaders, or at least one of them.

Rhino's, Bulls, Sharks, Tigers etc.

Joking aside I dont mind RL, I used to hate RU but that aint so bad nowadays as its not all about kicking it back and fore.

Dagenham & Redbridge vs Shrewsbury Town. Massive game. The Daggers lay in the last play-off position in League 2, followed by Shrewsbury two points behind. It is a massive game for the Daggers, needing a draw or a win against Shrewsbury to guarantee the final Play-off place. However, Shrewsbury have a good record against Dagenham this year, recording a 2-1 victory and a 5-0 Cup victory so far. Dagenham have form recently, defeating new League 2 Champs Brentford 3-1 last week.

Gwon you Daggers =]
