I'm on Vista Ultimate 64bit
just reinstalled it the other day, and my transfer speeds are crazy slow
like 1mb/s is the highest
is there some option or update that I need to know of?

and i mean file transfer speeds like copying music from one folder to another
not downloading speeds

I think he's referring to USB/Hard Drive transfers.
