edit: you need to use different sensitivity settings with G9 because of higher DP. the difference you notice is that.

You're making it sound as if DPI is irrelevant because "no human can possibly notice a difference".

you can notice going from 400 to 2000, but not going from 2000 to 3200. Same thing you can't notice difference of 2ms and 5ms monitors, but certainly can notice difference from +20ms to 5ms.

There are limitations how fast human brains and eyes can handle information and u can't break physical limitations.

How can you not notice the difference from 2000 to 3200?    At 2000 I can still click things, and at 3200 the movements are so exaggerated I miss the button.

Thats what I have said million times in this thread. The G5 is just as same, all u do is ramp up the sens a bit. the tracking is as smooth on both of them when having very low sensitivity (were the accurate tracking is important).

G5 at higher sens = G9

With G5 there is enough adjusting room for sensitivity to make u whirl around 20 times in game with moving mouse a bit. I doubt anyone needs to whirl around 30 times in a second.

G9 hands down.  Had a G5, great moust, now have the G9, and its better.  Particularly with the swapable grips as mentioned above.

G9 is like the G5 but in all ways better.

There is ~30% chance that your hand will fit the G9. If it does, you will <3 this mouse, but if it doesnt (which is likely), you will just fffuuu- all the time
