I was going to put a note on the thread-title saying you're not allowed to post, but I didn't think it's need it 'cause you wouldn't look into the thread anyway. But you're a cunt anyway. And also for reporting me.Finray wrote:

Straight red. Ref viewed it as "denying a scoring opportunity", when everyone else saw it as "perfectally exectuted and times tackle"SEREVENT wrote:

Did it deserve the red card, or was it two yellows?

He took the ball away from the player before he knocked him down. Perfect tackle.Jenspm wrote:

He pulled back him back and kicked his legs out from under him... from behind.
Clear penalty imo, and if you're going to call a penalty, it's a red card. Harsh, yes, but you can't stop giving out red cards because nice players lose the final.
Jebus: only barely, and that was after the shoulder pulling had started...

that's pretty much how I see it.justice wrote:
The "he touched the ball" argument is a bit weak.....if you go through the back of someone and get the ball you still give away a foul, it's in the rules.
Now obviously fletcher went around the side not the back, barely touched the ball and demolished fabregas. I don't think he moved the ball enough out of Fabregas's path to stop him scoring. Fabregas was still favourite to score, and he took him down = foul. He was last man, so it's technically a sending off.
It was a harsh red card to get, no doubt.
