Well technically I will be an Officer Cadet while i'm at ADFA, when I finish my degree I will be commissioned as a Pilot Officer (equivalent of 2nd Lt) and then after completing my specialist training I will be promoted to Flying Officer (Equivalent 1st Lt).RAIMIUS wrote:

I got accepted in '06 and get commissioned in May 2010 for the USAF Academy...
Does the RAAF use the Sandhurst model?

That's good, although realize that in the spring, you will not care about anything. To be honest, you should probably be more concerned about paying for an out-of-state tuition from a public university with no money for financial aid (if you're rich, obviously you can ignore that.)
I realize I never posted myself where I was going. Since I'm a senior, I probably should. With that said, I'm going to Yale. I have no idea what my major will end up being, although I am assuming it will be something in engineering or economics.
