Btw, Alligator is really good. It tastes like and has the texture of a combination of chicken and fish.
I've had Bison. I think I overcooked it so it came out tasting tough and gamy.

What does everyone think of fish roe? Imo it aint bad going down but the after taste the eggs expanding in your stomach is gross.

You can probably find gator at any Cajun style restaurant or even some bars.
