erg... nice camping.. it seems to be the popular thing nowadays, no one going for flags just camp there to rack up the points, not that hard in a tank also, of course people too stupid to spawn somewhere else but that flag is a major one, so they kinda can't get rid of it.. anyway good job.

Citizen what is your post about?! Are you enviously that he ranked up or what?! Who cares about the way he did it?! For my part I´ll congrat even a private if he ranks up, and because I see what it takes to rank up as 2nd ltd at the moment I´ll guess this shouldnt be flamed.

Congratulations. I'm finally a First Sergeant, (got promoted the other day.)

Man oh man, it's currently 11:26 PM Thursday here and I have a POLS112 essay due tomorrow. I've written just over 1200 words but have ran out of ideas. It's actually very interesting stuff, but saving writing it to the last minute hasn't helped.

I've been drinking a mixture of something that looks and tastes like Red Bull concentrate out of a weird bottle with asian writing on it, and 42 below Vodka. Not too sure if it's the best combination, but it keeps me awake, warm and nicely drunk, which are all good things.

I keep wondering why I can routinely write over 1000 words here on BF2S on any random topic and then struggle to finish a simple 1500 word essay.

(I've also got a Law test on Saturday, a history assignment due on Monday and a POLS111 essay due on Tuesday. May want to lay off the Vodka before then though.)

Edit: It is now 12:27 AM Friday and I'm finished! Just printing it out and then I am going to BED. I hope all this consumption of concentrated Red Bull dosn't keep me up.

Man, I don't know why some people are bitching about him camping outside the flag instead of capturing it with a tank. Capturing flags with a tank is a stupid thing to do if you're alone. If you have nobody around you to help, and you're sitting out there near the flag, you're surrounded by spawn points. Which means you'll be easily surrounded by spec-ops. You kill 1, but another spec-op has already planted c4 and ran away. Waste of a tank.
The job of armor is supposed to support infantry while they capture flags. But since there's no infantry around, it is kind of lame spawn camping, but the US on that map have 3 uncappable bases to spawn on and flank the tank. Not only that, he is technically helping the team by preventing enemies from spawning and attacking the square. So his teammates would eventually get to the hotel flag and take it back since they encounter less resistance at the square.

EDIT: Oh and he's also making their tickets drop which is another way to win the round.

If you actually read their whole posts, they all said that they were kidding and congratulated him.
