try updating impulse?

apparently my version's outdated, perhaps yours is too. maybe that'll fix it

What do you mean start all over? You lost save data and your game progress? I noticed there are a lot of maps to play, but no actual single player campaign, am i rite?

yeah, your saves are all invalidated

and i think it's cause impulse underwent an overhaul, so mebbe that's why mine says 1.00

This game had the worst replayability EVER.

After one round it just wasn't fun anymore

Is there a way to capture an enemy planet with its population? Or do you have to completely wipe them all out before you can colonize?

Also, one thing I find hard is controlling everything. I got colonies in two different galaxies...I have trouble finding where my capitol ships are

The current map I'm playing has four connecting galaxies you can jump to from the parent stars, I've colonized one entierly, but the second one is so massive I get attacked from every angle I gotta spam defense more.

Just got back from a round, monstrous fleet Had 6 Capital ships, all 4+, more repair frigates than i could count along with krosovs/LRMs/and heavy cruisers Planets, when all arms were brought to bear against them, would fall within 15 seconds, it was sooooo much fun. Anyone know where to find the screenshot folder? Wanna post my fleet

answer: garda flak frigates

more shields, armor, hull strength, and firepower than your standard cobalt, hence why they're my workhorses (plus the convenient fact that not only do they serve better as frontline ships, they also conveniently swat down enemy fighters and bombers that threaten my cap ships)

kodiaks help in smaller numbers, i usually save them for harrassing large enemy ships
