Kidding, but where did you find it at? Knowing where it's from helps us alot in determining what it is.
Looks like a computer with a green screen [duh] so it might signify someones computer being on, or themselves being online.

It means the server is "pure". There is no modified content running on that server.
What does the red bar on the far left mean, cause sometimes i see a servers with a green bar...
The bars are load balance, red means heavy load, green means the server is taking the load without a sweat. I've only seen Windows servers with red and Linux servers with only green though.
Doesn't the computer mean that they have BattleRecorder?
