I had this once, I went to the doctors, completely baffled them.
I met with my regular doctor first and she'd heard of nothing like it so I was sent to a special anal clinic a few miles away.
I had to have an x-ray and it turned out that a group of mega ants had been entering me via the rear door every night and creating a "nest" in my rectum. Once they had built their little "nest" the mega ants decided to expand their population inside of me, therefore they needed more room. The mega ants started to eat away at my insides, and that is what caused the bleeding. The doctor used a Dyson DC21 vacuum cleaner; he attached the smaller head and penetrated me with it. Once turned on it sucked up all of the mega ants and their nests, a few days later the bleeding had stopped completely.

Ok, I can honestly say this has happened to me, and quite a few times actually. Just means you ate something bad... real bad. Sometimes if I eat fast food from a place I haven't been to in a long time, I get a bloody shit. Usually it's just that one shit though.
