After reading some of the posts in this thread - (Some, not all) - I have to say that I demand something along the lines of PunkBuster to kick idiots like this OUT of the game.
I suggest we call it "TardBuster".
I suggest we call it "TardBuster".
That has got to be the DUMDEST reason to TK someone. A good commander will spot enemys the entire round. If you have a good commander he will spot the enemy which puts it on your teams map giving your team the enemys position and direction to boot. Every time that scan button comes up and I am the commander I spot the hell out of the enemys, all you hear is enemy infantry spotted, enemy APC spotted etc... over and over, but look at your friggin map idiot.Hoosyourdaddy wrote:
I've only intentionally TK'd a few times, all commanders!
In one game, a commander was constantly spamming 'enemy spotted' all over the map (not using UAV's at all) in the obvious belief he got extra points for doing so.
Most of the team were asking him (reasonably politely!) to shut up....so after 15 minutes of this, and a developing headache, I shot him and told him why. 15 seconds later...off he goes again. So I found him again and shot him...he then quietened down for the rest of the round.
More wins could be had if people would use the spot feature.. I hate when theres people stnading around while tanks and APCs ikill everyone, not a single person spots them. If they would spot them maybe an antitank guy could spawn or come to assist..EVIL_STYX wrote:

Back on topic: I was on Warlord and cruising back to the SAS main base in the M1 abrams to kill a Insurgent Spec Ops that was going to take out our asstes when this chump turns the corner out of the SAS main base driving a ATV right into my tank and he blows up then of course he punishes me and he was also typing not so nice things. Now how the hell are you going to run into me then punish me for it. Anyway I just waited to see if he was going to spawn there, which he did and I TKed him (felt good). Then the prick types "keep it up!" At this point I am thinking to myself you got it BUDDY and I proceeded to follow him and do everything I could do to get him to TK me and finally he got kicked all together. I am one of the first people that will play as a member of a team and have a great time playing the game with people that like to work as a team as well, but don't run into me, kill yourself then get a attitude with me about it!?!?!?
EVIL_STYX OUT!

Ouch. that's a good way to get back at someone. I'll have to rembmer that. Did you get team vehicle damage?Statikcat wrote:
A teammate called me a noob because I ran over his mine he had planted not 5 feet from the rear of my tank. I forgavew him but he insisted on calling me a noob. So he gets the tank later on and I plant 1 c4 on his backside and hopped in gunner seat, so when he got into action with another tank, I hopped out and blew the charge in time to see the enmy tank finish him off. Cant punish me for TK if I didnt give the final blow. Was worth it though because of the crude amount of garbage he was spouting off. Heh he was a captain too
Yeah, you know you're infamous for tk'ing when the opposite team is able to singlehandedly enter your main base, hunt you down mercilessly, and your team barely lifts a finger to help (and then, only because they're instictively shooting at enemies and are clueless to the situation). On top of that, it got to the point where he would just barely connect and a kick vote would commence with staggering results.Defiance wrote:
.... @TrueArchon: Yes, DoNotTk is a dick who enjoys doing that. Him along with NoobMurderer are some of the best known around BF2s.

It doesn't go without notice. If you did a phenominal job you'll see your name either under gold, silver, or bronze... and probably several times on the next screen (best of?) too.TrueArchon wrote:
Too bad this player's gaining attention for being a bastard, while others are doing phenominal jobs working towards the goals of the team without notice.
I wish, that would make this game even more fun!TrueArchon wrote:
P.S. OH! EVEN BETTER! EA should make it official by having a "Most Wanted List" where after a certain amount of TKs, in a certain amount of time, maybe with a certain number of kicks and bans, a player becomes the focus of "SEARCH THE SPIDERHOLES!" Thereafter, everyone sees that player as an enemy, no matter what team they are on, and everyone is immune to getting a TK against that player. All the while, the "most wanted's" deaths don't register against either side's ticket totals! Call it "Court Martial", "Dishonorably Discharged", or whatever! Well, daydream is over....

If i missunderstand your post I'm sorry but, what type of people ruin the game for others?????Ali wrote:
I TKed more than one intentionally. All in BF2 Vanilla.
I was with a very good pilot on Kubra Dam. We were a very good team. He lined up the shots for me and on missile lock I told him via squadchat if it's jet or aa and when we've lost our chaser.
But even good pilots crash sometimes. So we went back to the bomber spawn. There was this guy waiting the whole round for the plane (I saw him standing there on rearm). So I walked up right behind him and knifed him.
I earned gold, pilot earned silver. Maybe that guy was a better pilot or copilot than us but I was happy with my pilot and he was happy with my shooting. Sowhy should I let him split the team.
No, you're wrong. People auto-punish because they've never seen a vagina in real life.AbrnRanger wrote:
Every single one of you that state you TK on purpose or intentionally are the reason why so many people punish no matter why they were Tk'ed.
