After a day or 2 they should know exactly what type of bug is causing the prob, and give "him" appropriate antibiotics. Should be pretty painless and non intrusive.
Edit. If not seen to now the infection may spread further north. If it gets to the kidneys , "your friend" is in big trouble.

He told me to do this because when you get into a hot bath the warmth of the water opens up the urine track and relaxes the penis so when I piss blood it doesnt hurt. Blood is a lot thicker than regular piss.I'm Jamesey wrote:

Havent read the Fred but I reckon he may have a water infection. A course of anti-biotics will sort it if it is. If pains persist for over a week, go get a blood test/count to check for adnormal white cells.
